I really really hate writing this because I wish my experience was so much better. So my now husband and I got our wedding bands from this location. Went in ordered them…easy right? The problem came when picking up my husbands ring. He went to the store by himself and it didn’t fit. The woman who helped him re sized him and told him due to the time frame they might not be able to do the engraving before the wedding day but can do it after being we already paid for it to be, but they would re order the new size and get it to us asap. I gave it a week and called back to check the progress. THEY HAD NO RECORD OF THIS AT ALL. It was in the system that we had the ring. I had to explain the entire thing to the girl I ordered with. So a week and a half before my wedding my husband’s ring hasn't even been ordered. I asked “what happens when we don’t get it in time?” Her response was “we’ll give you a loaner ring for the ceremony”. Yeah no bride wants to hear that but ok . She did get it to us in time, obviously not engraved but fine no biggie. Then less then 30 days after the wedding his $900 wedding ring fell apart. The carbon fiber inlay is just falling out. Not to mention my rings were “sized” also but they literally spin on my finger. I’ve had to wear a sizer the entire time. Another service I paid for (that actually was supposed to be where she “cut us a deal” but had me pay for it when I picked up my rings and didn’t think I caught that) but obviously wasn’t done correctly if it was done at all. The worst part is I’ve always heard good things. I trusted them. Will I again? Absolutely not. I don’t know what happened to them but I never in my life thought this of all things would happen. Just bad service and obviously cheap overpriced products. Never again.

I had a great experience with Andrea. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the repair of my engagement ring. The work that was done to get my ring fixed was completed sooner than expected. Andrea called me to let me know I could pick up my ring, and she seemed genuinely happy at the results of what we decided to do for the repair/replacement. Andrea is very professional and easy to work with.

My husband bought my engagement ring at Saxon's 10 years ago from Mary Pat. He was very happy with the service, and I was very happy with the ring! I went back recently to purchase a matching band; my original wedding band was a family ring. Andrea offered excellent customer service, cleaning and inspecting my engagement ring while helping me choose a matching band. Since we've moved out of the area, she was able to overnight the ring once it was properly sized. Start to finish, it's been a wonderful experience with Saxon's.

My niece gave me a beautiful German charm to add to my Pandora bracelet while we were in Frankfurt visiting. It did not have the correct metal piece to attach it because it was given with a chain as a necklace , so I brought it in to Saxon’s, my favorite jewelry store , to see what they could do for me. I called first to speak to John and he had taken a day off. John has been an amazing part of my giftgiving for many years and has always been helpful , outstanding and always off on Monday. That’s why I called on Tuesday —to no avail. When I found out that he had taken the day off, I continued to speak to the lady who had answered the phone. Her name was Kelly, and she was the epitome of charm, helpfulness and professionalism. She did not have a southern accent, but she immediately gave me the impression of a lady of Tara. When I met her, she did not disappoint and she continued to be graceful and helpful and she was able to give me exactly what I needed for my bracelet. I thought it would be a week or so before it was ready, but everything was soldered and completed in only a few days. When I went in to pick it up, I was helped by a lovely lady named Kim. Not only was she beautiful,but she was pleasant , efficient, and very helpful as well. The charm is exquisite, tiny and beautiful and filled with memories and Saxon’s went out of their way again, to be certain that it would be easy to put on and forever affixed to my Pandora bracelet so my memories can continue with much love. We are very happy with our experience at Saxon's with buying my wife's wedding anniversary band. We have been looking for some time for the most perfect band to add to my wife's wedding ring. Carrie was great from the moment we came into Saxon's. She was very sweet and helped my wife Jen pick out the most PERFECT anniversary band. We all couldn't be happier with how the ring looks now. I had a wonderful visit at Saxon’s in Bel Air this week. Andrea is always so helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable, which is why I have purchased several pieces from her over the years! There is a great team-oriented spirit among employees which is so refreshing. I have had many visits to this location over the past few years and always leave feeling so happy and confident in my jewelry purchases. Thank you all again! We will definitely be back soon!
